If you need priority assistance, or want help outside standard business hours, just ask. I try to be as flexible as possible and can usually work something out.

You purchase the hours in advance and can use them whenever you choose (within 30 days of purchase).
Additional hours are charged at an hourly rate, at the end of the month.
